About this project

AllSeerr started as a fork of Seerr that I built for my own use, with the help of AI. Many people have asked for music and book support, and I felt bad keeping all of this to myself, so I decided to share it. I will maintain it and keep improving it as I have time.

Staying in step with Seerr

AllSeerr merges Seerr's develop branch regularly (at least monthly), so Seerr's fixes, security updates and translations keep flowing in. AllSeerr's own code lives in new files wherever possible, and changes to Seerr's files are kept small, so merges stay cheap. A database migrated by AllSeerr cannot be used by Seerr again, so back up before switching.

What is planned

  • Dedicated auto-approve permissions per media type and book format
  • Book request limits per format, if there is demand
  • Screenshots and more documentation for the new features
  • Translations of the new strings

See the roadmap for the full list, and open an issue with ideas or bugs.
